Boiler installations

Modular boiler installations of the MCU are designed for technological steam supply, as well as for heating water in heating and hot water supply systems. Accordingly, modular boilers for steam supply are manufactured on the basis of steam boilers of the "E" series, and modular boilers for hot water supply and heating are manufactured on the basis of hot water boilers. Both steam and hot water boilers are equipped with shut-off valves, burner devices are available to choose from, domestic or imported production. These boiler installations do not require design development and are supplied to the Customer as a finished factory product.

The transportable boiler house is delivered to the installation site in transportable units and, after installation, is a single room with installed main and auxiliary equipment.

No special foundation is required to install the boiler house at the installation site, as the boiler house structure has a flat base and an equally distributed load. Road slabs or other similar structures can be used as a platform. When installing a chimney not on the boiler room frame, a special foundation is needed for its base.

Main advantages:

• It is not necessary to develop a full-fledged boiler house project, which increases the cost and construction time. It is necessary to carry out only the project of supply of external communications;

Types of fuel burned: 

• gaseous: natural and liquefied gas;
• liquid: M100 fuel oil, diesel fuel, domestic heating oil;
• solid: coal and lignite, wood chips, firewood, pellets, etc..

The scope of delivery of boiler installations includes all the main and auxiliary equipment that must be placed in a stationary boiler room for economical, high-quality, and most importantly safe operation.
