Steam systems

Steam systems significantly expand the capabilities of gas-tube steam boilers. A wide range of manufactured equipment, combined with the great engineering potential of our own design bureau, allows us to choose the optimal integrated solution for the most complex technical tasks.

The deaerator

Two-stage atmospheric pressure deaerators of the ETM series with a flooded bubbling device are designed to remove corrosive gases (oxygen and free carbon dioxide) from feed water of steam boilers and make-up water of heat supply systems. The deaerator is used as the last step in steam boiler water treatment systems.

Economizer

Steel, freestanding economizers are used as tail heating surfaces for steam boilers with an operating pressure of up to 1.6 MPa (16 kgf/cm2) and are designed to heat feed water with the heat of exhaust flue gases.

Superheater

The superheater is a heat exchanger made of bent coils combined into panels. It is installed on the rotary chamber of the boiler. On the heating side, it is connected to the gas path of the boiler after the second stroke. On the heated side, the superheater is connected to the saturated steam produced by the boiler. The steam passes inside the coils, overheats and is given to the consumer.

Nutritional system

One of the tasks of designing a steam system is the selection of a nutrient system and the calculation of its elements.

Separator

Continuous and periodic purge separators are designed to separate steam-water mixtures formed from purge water from steam boilers, steam intake condensate and steam drainage into steam and water, while reducing its pressure to the pressure in the separator, followed by the use of water and steam heat.

Bubbler Cooler

Bubblers are designed for cooling boiler water coming from the separator. The water cooled by the bubbler is discharged into the sewer.

Condensate collection tank

The condensate collection system is used for full and uninterrupted operation of the condensate system.
