A boiler unit is a ready-made thermal complex equipped with a burner, boiler automation, pump(s), mixing valve(s), safety and shut-off valves, safety relief valves, sensors for monitoring and controlling the main parameters of the boiler.

The boiler is mounted on a support frame. Pumps, mixing valves and shut-off valves are installed in the cold return water protection module,* supply, mixing and return lines are installed. The burner, pump(s), and mixing valve(s) are controlled using the supplied automation unit. The electric motors of the burner and pump are connected** to the power cabinet. ** The sensors have been electrically connected to the safety and control automation.

The boiler unit has passed hydraulic tests and functional inspection at the factory, and is fully ready for installation and connection.

Boiler unit TT50

  • available in the power range from 210 to 2,000 kW. The coolant can be water or glycolic solutions. The maximum temperature of the coolant is 115 °C. The maximum pressure is 0.6 MPa.
  • The boiler unit kit includes a burner, a three-way control valve, a circulation pump, shut-off and safety valves, instrumentation and control systems, and electrical cabinets. The equipment is mounted on the boiler and insulated supply (discharge) pipelines, and is controlled by automation.
  • The boiler unit provides power control, circulation of the coolant through the boiler with the function of protection against cold return water.
  • The recommended operating scheme of the boiler unit is using a hydraulic arrow.
Boilers ТТ100, ТТ100-01, ТТ100-02, ТТ115, ТТ150

  • available in the power range from 1,000 to 20,000 kW. The coolant can be water or glycolic solutions. The temperature of the coolant is from 115 ° C to 170 ° C. Pressure ranges from 6 bar to 16 bar.
  • The boiler unit kit includes a burner, a three-way control valve, a circulation pump, shut-off and safety valves, instrumentation and control systems, and electrical cabinets. The equipment is mounted on the boiler and insulated supply (discharge) pipelines, and is controlled by automation.
  • The boiler unit provides power control, circulation of the coolant through the boiler with the function of protection against cold return water.

Boiler unit ТТ300
  • It is available in the power range from 20 to 60 MW. The coolant can be water or glycolic solutions. The maximum temperature of the coolant is 170 ° C. The maximum pressure is 1.6 MPa.
  • The boiler unit includes a burner with an external burner fan and an air duct, circulation pumps, shut-off and safety valves, automatic air vents and vacuum interrupters, a flow meter and water flow sensors, instrumentation and control panels, and electrical cabinets. The equipment and thermal insulation are mounted on the boiler and the supply (outlet) pipelines after the boiler is installed on the foundation.
  • The boiler unit provides power control, circulation of the coolant through the boiler with the function of protection against minimum flow and cold return water under the control of automation. Optionally, it is possible to supply boiler unit maintenance sites.
Boiler unit ТТ250
  • It is available in the range of nominal capacity from 500 to 3,000 kg/h with a design pressure of 8 bar and 12 bar saturated steam.
  • The boiler unit includes a burner, constant and periodic purging systems, sensors and level indicators, shut-off and safety valves, instrumentation and control systems. The equipment is mounted on the boiler and insulated supply (discharge) pipelines, and is controlled by automation.
  • The boiler unit provides power control (pressure maintenance), maintaining the water level in the boiler, upper and lower purging.
Boiler unit ТТ200
  • It is available in the range of nominal capacity from 1,000 to 30,000 kg/h with design pressures of 8 bar, 12 bar and 16 bar of saturated or superheated steam.
  • The boiler unit includes a burner, automatic constant and periodic purging systems, sensors and level indicators, shut-off, control and safety valves, instrumentation and control systems. The equipment is mounted on the boiler and insulated supply (discharge) pipelines, and is controlled by automation.
  • The boiler unit provides power control (pressure maintenance), maintenance of the water level in the boiler, automatic upper and lower purging.
