Heat-tube steam boilers

Fire-tube steam boilers are mass-produced in two and three-way versions. Fuel is burned in a fire tube, the resulting flue gases move along one or two flue pipes, respectively, while giving part of their energy to the water in the boiler volume. The water is heated to the saturation point at a given operating pressure and its state of aggregation is changed.

Heat-tube steam boilers with a capacity from 500 to 30,000 kg/h and a pressure of up to 16 bar:

• The TT200 8 Bar steam boiler is a steel three-way fire-tube steam boiler with a capacity of 1000-30000 kg/h. They produce saturated steam, the working pressure of which can be 0.8 MPa, 1.2 MPa or 1.6 MPa. Both liquid and gaseous hydrocarbon fuels are used for operation.
• The TT200 12 Bar steam boiler is a steel three-way fire-tube steam boiler with a capacity of 1000-30000 kg/h. They produce saturated steam, the working pressure of which can be 0.8 MPa, 1.2 MPa or 1.6 MPa. Both liquid and gaseous hydrocarbon fuels are used for operation.
• The TT200 16 Bar steam boiler is a steel three-way fire-tube steam boiler with a capacity of 1000-30000 kg/h. They produce saturated steam, the working pressure of which can be 0.8 MPa, 1.2 MPa or 1.6 MPa. Both liquid and gaseous hydrocarbon fuels are used for operation.
• The TT250 8 Bar steam boiler is a steel two-way fire-tube steam boiler with a capacity of 1000-3000 kg/h. They produce saturated steam, the working pressure of which can be 0.8 MPa or 1.2 MPa. Both liquid and gaseous hydrocarbon fuels are used for operation.
• The steam boiler TT250 12 Bar is a steel two-way fire-tube steam boiler with a capacity of 1000-3000 kg/h. They produce saturated steam, the working pressure of which can be 0.8 MPa or 1.2 MPa. Both liquid and gaseous hydrocarbon fuels are used for operation.

The single steam capacity of boilers varies from 500 kg/h to 30,000 kg/h. Operating pressure up to 18 bar. The operating temperature of saturated steam is up to 209 C. The preferred applications of steam boilers are industrial enterprises of all industries with the need to obtain saturated and superheated steam for technological processes and heating.
