Mixed-type hot water boilers (water-tube-gas-tube) are mass-produced in the range of nominal heating capacity from 20 to 80 MW with an operating water pressure of up to 1.6 MPa (16 kgf/cm2) and a maximum water outlet temperature of 170 °C.

TT300 boilers are designed for use in centralized heating, ventilation and hot water supply systems, as well as for providing various technological processes.

The optimal choice for reliable operation:

• Wide range of performance.The thermal capacity of boilers is from 20,000 to 80,000 kW;
• The boilers are fully and partially equipped with 301 series automatic control and Entromatic control systems. For cascade control of boilers, a 300M series automatic control system is installed with the necessary sensors and safety devices, which makes the operation of the boiler reliable and safe.;
• 100% gas density. All elements of the boiler are sealed on the gas side. Installation of a smoke pump is not required;
• Flexibility of execution. When ordering, it is possible to choose the right or left version, the angle of rotation of the flue gas outlet pipe, which will allow the boiler to be installed in any boiler room.;
• Easy maintenance. The boiler has access hatches to the internal heat exchange surfaces for their maintenance. The gas-tube heat exchanger is equipped with a spray system for the possibility of chemical cleaning of the inner surfaces of flue pipes;
• Versatility of the burner lance design. The boiler tuyere can have any desired geometry, any opening angle, any embrasure diameter, which makes the boiler compatible with any burner device.;
• 100% assemblability during installation. Absolutely every boiler is subjected to a control assembly of all elements in the design (working) position. For this purpose, a special workshop with a height of 23.1 meters has been built at the manufacturing plant.;
• Compensation of thermal expansion. The boiler has floating (sliding) supports in its design, which eliminates the concentration of stresses in the boiler nodes that occur during linear and angular movements of its elements.;
• To replace the old one. It is possible to install the boiler in any boiler room suitable in size by using transition frames and flexibility of boiler design variations.;
• Compatible with various types of burners. Correct operation with automatic multi -stage and modulated burners
