Hot-water solid-fuel water-tube boilers with a capacity of up to 7.56 MW

KV hot water tube boilers with a working pressure of 0.3-0.6 MPa are designed to produce hot water with a nominal temperature of 95 ° C (115 °C). Boilers are used for heating and hot water supply of industrial and domestic facilities. The boilers are designed to operate in open and closed heat supply systems with forced water circulation.
Types of fuel: coal and brown coal/ wood waste/ gas, fuel oil, diesel fuel.

Device and operating principle

The main element of the boiler is the boiler block. The boiler block is a gas-tight welded structure consisting of a furnace chamber and a convective heating surface. The furnace chamber consists of 57*3.5mm pipes. The convective heating surface consists of coil packages made of 32*3.5mm pipes, which are arranged in a checkerboard pattern. Above the convective part there is a hatch for inspection and cleaning. Under the convective part there is an ash bin with a trapdoor for cleaning ash deposits and inspecting convective beam pipes.

The thermal insulation of the boiler block is made of mineral wool thermal insulation boards, removable decorative cladding is made of thin-sheet painted rolled steel. The gases are discharged through a flue located on the rear wall of the boiler.

To control the operation of the boiler, ensure design conditions and safe operating conditions, the boiler is equipped with safety and shut-off valves, control and measuring devices, which are installed according to the valve layout. Shut-off valves are used to drain water from the boiler into the heating network, supply return water to the boiler, drain water from the boiler, vent air from the boiler, periodically purge and remove sludge.

Control and measuring devices (pressure gauges and thermometers) provide measurement of pressure and temperature at the inlet and outlet of water from the boiler. The boiler operates with balanced thrust, which is created by a blow fan and a smoke pump.

Solid fuel hot water boilers KVr, KVm are performed with various variants of furnace devices:

• a manual furnace with a corner cooled grill;
• manual grate furnace;
• semi-mechanical furnace with rotary grates of PKK;
• a semi-mechanical furnace with a ZP loader with rotary grates of the ZP PKK;
• semi-mechanical furnace with hopper, auger and inclined grates;
• the TSHPM mechanical furnace.

kVA gas and liquid fuel hot water boilers are combined with various types of burners of imported and domestic production.
